Playlist called "Loading..." cannot be deleted on Android or Windows client

There is a playlist on all of my Spotify clients called "Loading..." which I believe is a Spotify playlist I followed a long time ago. When I right click it to try and unfollow it, the "unfollow" option does nothing. The playlist is still there, and no feedback is given. I've tried deleting the app on all of my devices, logging out, clearing the cache and AppData and I'm still running into this error. It looks like the playlist either doesn't exist anymore or is corrupted. Is there a way to remove it so it isn't cluttering my playlists?

It's worth noting that I can't delete it through the web player either.
