Playlists empty in desktop version

My Question or Issue

I reinstalled the desktop app, and when I logged in, all my playlists were there, but empty (including collaborative and those pinned from other users). However, if I log in on the web player, everythig is OK.

I checked if I was logging in with the same user (I read on the forum that sometimes the problem was a duplicated account) and on both cases the account is the same (I log in with my facebook profile). 

What am I doing wrong?
