Podcasts not updating [desktop]

My Question or Issue

I've noticed that new episodes of podacts that I follow are not appearing on desktop but are on my phone so I can't listen to them on my pc. Also, all of my music has dissappeared and i cannot play any other music at all either. Spotify, what are you doing.

Hey @dylperrin, help's here. 

 

It may take some time for the information to synchronize. First, make sure to:

  1. Log out and back in on the app.
  2. Restart your PC.
  3. Reinstall the Spotify app.
  4. Restart your router, and then change network connection if possible.

Then, let us know how it goes, and which podcast episode is missing.

I have done what you said but now now nothing i've saved is showing up and nothing is playing.

Hey @dylperrin.

 

Thanks for trying that out for us - we'll keep at it.

 

Would you mind sending us a screenshot showing us what you're seeing on your end when you're in the Podcasts tab? We'll look into it further.

 

As for the issue you described regarding your saved music disappearing, this is an issue which we are aware of, and which we are currently looking into.

 

We suggest you head on over to the relevant thread here, where you can add your vote to show that you are experiencing the issue.

 

Make sure to also leave the requested info in the comments section in the thread.

 

We'll keep you posted there and let you know as soon as we have any updates.

Hi, I met the same problem. I am also using desktop version for macOS Mojave version 10.14.6. Here are some screenshots
