Premium Subsciption payment is not being accepted

My Question or Issue

So I live in South Africa (this might be relevant), and I have been trying to pay for my premium subscription for the first time since I tried the free month trial, but no matter what I do, I get a message telling me "Payment failed. Try again, or use a different payment method". There are no other payment methods for me, and I am still unable to pay after a week of trying. I have unistalled the app on my pc and my phone and reinstalled it twice, but nothing has changed.

Can someone please give me a solution. I need my music, and I only use spotify for it.
