Prevent duplicates when liking from radio

In my "Liked from Radio" playlist there are some duplicates. Apparently when I thumb-up a song it is added even if already present (perhaps liked from another radio?).

Please note that it's the SAME song (identical song link), not two different versions of the same song.

I just checked on a fresh client install on my Windows 10 Desktop (v1.0.64.403.gb738707f - Windows Store version).

Can this be fixed?
