My Question or Issue
When i'm connecting Bluetooth on Spotify, the "previous" button pressed itself automatically again and again. But using aux cable works fine and no problem at all.

Hey @syahmi02,
Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!
Can you try logging out, restarting your device, and logging back in? If that doesn't make any difference, try running a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. This can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. We also suggest downloading the app again from the Microsoft Store.
If the issue persists, could you let us know if this happens when connecting to any Bluetooth device, or just a particular one?
Keep us posted.
I've done everything, nothing works. The problem still remains. The bluetooth device like my Stereo System played the music automatically (even the music was paused).
Hey there @syahmi02,
Thanks for the reply.
Could you check if you have the same experience starting the music from another device like your phone and connect that to the stereo via Bluetooth?
Keep us posted.
No, only this stereo device having problem with this "automatic playback" problem.
Hi there @syahmi02,
Thanks for the reply.
What I meant was whether the stereo skips the songs the same way if you play music from your phone instead of the Windows PC.
Cheers.
It works fine on my phone, but not on Windows.
Hey @syahmi02,
Thanks for confirming.
Could you try with a different Internet connection, like another WiFi network if possible, or a mobile hotspot?
Additionally, would you mind asking a friend or relative to log in to their account on your PC to see if the issue persists with a different account?
We'll be on the lookout.
