My Question or Issue

The problem I have currently with Spotify is the following, trying to play some song, about 100%, I can only hear a 70%, the others simply do not play, things that is rare, because it only happens in Windows, on my cell phone with Android not Happens, what can I do?
I tried to reinstall the application, logout and restart, I do not know what else to do, because it is desperate that in a playlist, many songs can not, as an example, I put the disc All the Way... A decade of song by Celine Dion, which I can't hear.

Please reach your settings page, click "Advanced settings" and then disable "Hardware Accelaration".

Restart the app and check if it helped.
