Purchased music on iTunes - not all songs appear in Local Files on desktop or iPhone

Hello,

I purchased some music on iTunes that isn't available in Spotify and I want to import the music to Spotify. I have the Local Files turned on for iTunes. Some of the songs will play in Spotify, but a hanful are greyed out. I can play them on my desktop (same one that has the purchased iTunes music) but the songs that are greyed out do not appear in the Spotify app on my iPhone. How can I get all the music to be able across devices in Spotofy? 

I have Spotify premium, not sure if that's useful.
