My Question or Issue

The songs are not queuing properly, when listening to an album and then adding another album to the queue - it won't allow for the remaining songs to be individually dragged back up to the top of the queue.

Hi there @user-removed,

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide us the following:

  • The exact makes, models and OS/Firmware versions of all your affected devices
  • The exact Spotify Versions you use.
  • When did this start happening?
  • Is this on all devices or only on specific one(s)?
  • Screenshots or a video of the behaviour

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.

Keep us posted.

Hello Joan,

Surface Go Laptop, Windows 11 (the latest update), Spotify (the latest
update).

Pretty sure that it has been happening for a while now. Only use this
device...

Not sure how much more of a detailed explanation can be provided than that.

Kind regards,

Sam Hudson

Hey @shuds!

This sounds similar to one of my posts. Could you make a screen recording of the exact problem you're having?

Hi @kaworu_bloodpaw,

This is not the same issue. Yours is in relation to being duplicated,
whereas mine is where the queued songs are not properly sequencing.

Kind regards,

Sam Hudson

No, it's not the same. This is where after clicking an album, it begins to play through, and then whilst it's playing - adding another album to the queue, and then dragging the remaining few songs back to the correct order.

Hi @user-removed,

Please provide us the exact Windows and Spotify versions that you use, as well as a screen recording of the issue. We'd be happy to take a look.

Keep us posted.

Thanks for all the info. So far, we've been unable to reproduce this issue on our end. Please send us a recording of the behaviour on your end so we can see exactly what happens and investigate further.
