My Question or Issue

Sometimes an ad would freeze and I'm forced to close the app. When I re-open Spotify, my queue list and the 'Add to queue' option disappears. I'm forced to play a song from a whole album/single and only then does the add feature reappear but my list is good as gone. Thanks for any help!

Hope you're doing great!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
