So I don't really know how to ask a question or write on here, but my queue keeps getting deleted lately, on my laptop and on my phone. It is annoying. Anyone know what I can do to solve this problem?

Thanks for posting - we’re here to help!

 

What you can try first is a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on both your phone and laptop. This will remove any corrupted data from previous installations that could be causing the issue. 

 

If this persists after the clean reinstall, try disabling any power saving or data cleaning settings on your mobile device. Make sure you try this since such features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity. On your laptop, try cleaning up the hosts file as described here.
