Radio doesn't work

For months now, my Radio function's simply given me the screen "Error - Failed to load."

I'm given no further information on this and simply had to depend on anonymous forms up to now. I've attempted disabling my firewall, using a different client, account, machine, the list goes on and not a single solution I've heard of seems to work. It especially puzzles me that others I speak to seem to have it working for them meanwhile it's broken not only my main and alt accounts, but my alternate PC's as well. I'm unsure if it's a similar issue my friends feed also gives me the message, "Hmm, the Friends Feed failed to load. Try again"

At this point, I have no further place to turn but the community directly. I hope to find any solutions myself or hopefully direct some attention from support staff themself. Thank you for your time.
