Radio will not play

My Question or Issue

 So:

I've logged in and out, reinstalled, restarted my computer, and after experimenting, I realized that radio won't work spefically for my account on my computer. If I log off and log in to a different account, radio works fine, but it's for my main account that it will not work. It works on my phone too, but just not on my computer. Any suggestions on how I'm supposed to fix this?
