My Question or Issue

Randonly,  while I'm listening music, the sound stop. When I look the app, I see the volume set to 0, the "repeat one" option actived and playing a unkowned album. This have been happen many times this morning. It's a bug? a virus? somebody is trying to use cheaps to increase their song plays?

Thanks for reaching out to us about this - we'll be glad to help you out here.
 

If you notice any suspicious activity on your Spotify account, always follow the steps below first:

 

  1. Open the Reset Password form in a private/incognito window and create a new, strong password you haven’t used for another online service; 

  2. Open your Account Page, scroll down and click on SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE
