My Question or Issue

Recently been taunted with stuttering/lag issues. After 2-day testing I've found out the window foreground issue already mentioned in the above link of thread, but I'd like to add a different opinion:

 - Disabling Hardware Acceleration makes it worse.

 - Add a second desktop by Ctrl+Windows+Right Arrow key combo.

 - Drag Spotify window to the second desktop and make it full-screened.

 - Voila, issue gone as I've already enjoyed the fluent performance for more than 15 minutes.

Now, the only possible factors could be: a) nVidia driver b) Spotify app c) UWP instability. But I have no other time to test as it is coming to Monday with few hours left...
