My Question or Issue

When I try to drag songs up the playlist, as I drop the song, it asks if I want to re-add the track and duplicates it, rather than placing the track where I want it in the playlist. Tried it a few times to make sure.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

We've tried reproducing this and haven't encountered any issues on our end, so it might be a good idea to try some troubleshooting steps here.

Could you try to log out > restart your device > log back in to see if that makes any difference for you? We recommend doing this twice in a row, as it triggers a refresh between the app and your account and may help you solve it quickly.
 

If the above doesn't do it for you, try clearing your cached files following the steps in this article.

 

On another note, can you please let us know if you're experiencing this on all of your playlists ?
