Recent Issues with Online/Offline and tracks not being available

My Question or Issue

Recently I noticed that there seems to be an issue with connecting.  I notice that my friends are no longer shown,  many records will not play though others do. So I can connect fine for some tracks but others just don't play.  I confirm that I am not in offline mode, I have logged out and logged in but the problem is still ongoing.

I am paying premium, so would like to have access to the full range and not being shown records that do not play. What else can I check or do to fix this issue?
