Recommendations in playlists do not refresh.

My Question or Issue

I've created a new playlist today and wanted to add more songs to the playlist. I usually add 50-60 songs before using the recommended section at the bottom of the playlist so that the algorithm can understand what kind of music I want to have on the playlist. 

The issue is that the recommended songs section is stuck in a loop of 2-3 songs. I will be providing an image of the issue. Whenever I refresh, it is still the same songs repeated.

Although I've stated that this issue occurs on PC it also occurs on my iPhone 12, so it is not strictly a device issue.

Try duplicating this playlist (3 dots menu or right click -> add to another playlist) or creating a new one and then adding the same songs once again. Check if the recommendations change in the new playlist.
