Reinstall Spotify after changing user folder name

My user account name and folder name was changed, so now when I try to uninstall spotify, I get "Windows cannot find "C:\Users\<Old User Name>\AppData\Roaming\Spotify\Spotify.exe". Make sure you've typed the name correctly, then try again.

Will just deleting the folder uninstall it, since I need to reinstall it?
