Remove local files from library

I am one Windows 10 desktop and am trying to remove local files from my library. I have had several songs imported but have since deleted them. I no longer want them in my Spotify library. The only place the songs appear is in Liked Songs. I have tried reinstalling all of Spotify, including deleting the entire Spotify folder in the appdata folder. I have also tried deleting the local-files.bnk file found in C:\Users\(myname)\AppData\Local\Packages\SpotifyAB.SpotifyMusic_zpdnekdrzrea0\LocalState\Spotify\Users\(myusername)-user. I have tried looking for other spotify folders elsewhere in appdata like roaming and locallow but have not found anything. How can I remove these songs from my Liked Songs playlist?
