Restore playlist from URL's of tracks

In an attempt to shuffle a playlist of all my favorite artists, somehow all the songs in that playlist were deleted.  Luckily however before that happened, I copied the shuffled list of track URL's to a notepad file.  How do I copy the contents of this file into a new playlist?  (There are roughly 1600+ songs in this, so this can't be done manually.) BTW, can't attach this file (doesn't fit your acceptable file parameters) so there's another issue.

lo que puedes hacer para soplucionar tu problema es ir a la pagina web de spotify y acceder a tu cuenta, al entrar te daras cuenta que hay una apartado que dice recuperar playlists, desde alli puedes seleccionar la playlist que se te ha borrado y recuperarla con todas sus canciones. de todos modos te dejare el link para que vayas mas directamente.
