I am honestly close to needing treatment in a mental hospital due to the sh*t Spotify is currently giving me. I can not log in on either de Windows OR the Android app anymore. Both instantly log me out after logging in. I tried everything and am honestly just close to cancelling my Premium subscription and going back to iTunes which works perfect. Can someone please help me out?

Update: Fixed it. Instead of trying to log in, I just pressed the "I'm new!" button, and now everything works. Not thanks to the support here though...

I reinstalled it twice - on both Windows and Android.

Do you get any error messages at all?
If you haven't signed into your account lately, it might be you need to accept the new terms and conditions which will appear in a pop up window. You will automatically be logged out if you don't accept them.

I sign in on a daily basis, so that's definitely not it. The popup I get is only to ask me whether I want to share what I'm listening with Facebook or not. (This happens on both my PC and Android.)

Ya like you I had to click on the I'm new it brung up page where the fourm to fill out and it already had my info clicked accept and it told me you already have an account. After that I've had no problems logging in using my Facebook or e-mail.. So come on Spotify why does the community have to figure this crap out where the heck are you guys at? specially for the people paying for your service...

i keep getting logged out i have just about had it
I have the same proble, and ther is no i'm new button in any of my spotify (pc and android). Also when i go to change my pasword it says that the mail has been sended but i dont get i to any of my mails
Plz help me. I don't see I'm new anywhere. I'm having this same issue.
It keeps logging me out when I play it on my Samsung TV. Plus the worst headache is when you have to log in using your device username (who memorizes this?!). So I have to open my web browser to find my device username and log in. This 2 step process to log back in is extremely annoying which doesn't lead me to buy the premium plan!
There's a button that says create an account but when I did that doing it like the I'm new thing it still didn't work like It said my username is already taken and everything including my email but then when I try to log in after it denied me that it's still logged me out instantly.
