Playlist Discrepancy Between App and Browser Spotify

Hello,

  I have a public playlist called "Honorable Mentions" that has 86 songs.  In the software it shows it by that name in the menu on the left sidebar, but then I click on it and it instantly switches back to its former name "Runner- Ups" and drops to the 43 tracks I had before (plus, a new one, oddly enough missing everything in between.)  Why the discrepency/glitch?  I'm all synced up and at least part of the software on my computer knows it's supposed to be "Honorable Mentions" until you click on it.  This happened after I downloaded the app to my phone, but I changed the name of the plalist months ago.  Spotify says I have no deleted playlists to restore.  Not sure what's going on.   Help?
