Schiit Modi issues

hey all!
I am currently running my Sennheiser HD560s off of the schiit magni and modi stack. All settings in windows are on default. Here's the issue. All was good and was enjoying my music and out of nowhere I began having clipping/distortion issues left and right when listening to spotify and even with YT occasionally. (ive got the audio quality at very high). Even weirder is when I go to play video games(ones with crazy power draw too like cyberpunk) there's no issue what so ever. The issue wont go away and has been like this for a week. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First thing you can try is performing a clean reinstall of Spotify on your PC. This will remove any corrupted data from previous installations that could be causing the issue. Follow these steps to do that.

If you see no difference after the clean reinstall, check the hosts file on your PC for entries that need to be deleted. Read more how to perform this here.
