Scroll bar in the way when moving mouse cursor to subfolder

I attached a video clip to show what this "bug" looks like.

The problem is when I go to a subfolder in a popup list that has so many items that the scroll bar apperas. The scroll bar will be in the way between the list and the subfolder popup and when the cusros hovers over this gap the subfolder popup will close.

If I wanna go to the subfolder I have to drag the cursor very quickly over to the subfolder popup.
