Shuffle is broken

My Question or Issue

When I enable shuffle, it will draw the same songs to the playlist queue over and over again. If I delete everything from the queue, it will draw the same songs but just in different order.
(Sometimes it alternates with 2 sets of songs, so if I delete the current list, then it will draw the next set. But if I delete that, it draws the first set again).

This is consistent and it makes the shuffle option pretty much useless at the moment. It doesn't happen on my Android phone as far as I can tell, only when I am using the Windows 10 app to listen.

Just to make sure I've understood what's happening, would you mind sending over a few screenshots to illustrate the issue? That would help immensely.

In the meantime, would you mind performing a clean reinstall by following the steps outlined here? This can solve many common problems that our users experience.
