For as long as I've used Spotify (on multiple laptops with Windows 10 and Windows 11), it's very buggy when trying to play podcasts. It frequently skips to the next or previous episode if I hit the 15 second jump button (it does this in the car as well with Android Auto). Frequently, it plays a different episode than the one I select and sometimes displays the correct episode and sometimes not. Sometimes it just stops playing the episode I'm listening to and skips to a random one.

This is so frequent now that I really can't enjoy listening anymore and will cancel if it is not fixed. I want to listen to Spotify to be relaxed, not grow increasingly frustrated with a product that has never worked correctly in the year and a half I've been using it. Clearly, this is not a compatibility issue or an update issue, it's a foundational issue. Reading through years of reports, it seems like this never goes away although "fixes" are periodically trotted out to no avail.

Don't bother responding unless you are offering something besides a software update or testing on another device, as this is clearly not the issue.
