Smirnoff advert broken

My Question or Issue

The advert for "Smirnoff Equalising Music" that's in the current rotation is broken, and sits there, not playing, until it times out after however long (5-10 minutes?).

(This seems to happen fairly regularly, althoug the specifc advert triggering the fault changes from time to time).

Other adverts play fine, just this specific one causes issues, is the only option to close and reopen spotify every time it occurs?
