Some keyboard shortcuts not working

My Question or Issue

Alt-Left and Alt-Right doesn't work for me anymore. Other keyboard shortcuts, like Ctrl-Right and Shift-Right work fine.

When deleting several tracks from a playlist, I select the tracks using Shift-Down and press Delete. A small dialog box pops ups:

Pressing Enter does nothing - I have to press Tab twice to give explicit focus to the Remove-button, then Enter button works. I would expect the Remove-button to be default.

Thanks for posting on the Community about this. 
 

Could you confirm if this persists after running a clean reinstall of Spotify on your PC? This will clean up any corrupted data from previous installations that could be causing the issue.

If you see no difference after the clean reinstall, check the hosts file for entries that need to be deleted. Follow the steps described here on how you can do that. 

In case you still experience the issue after trying out these steps, let us know the exact make and model of your keyboard, as well as the exact Spotify app version currently installed on your PC. This will help us take a closer look.

1. I have done a complete uninstall. Not too hard, since I have a brand
new laptop
2. Nothing unexpected in the hosts file.
3. I tried to install using Windows Apps Store, but that failed,
probably due to some corporate lockdown (restrictions) of the Windows Apps
Store.
4. I installed Spotify from https://www.spotify.com/us/download/windows/


My version now is 1.1.57.443.ga029a6c4-a

Most shortcuts are working (
https://support.spotify.com/us/article/Keyboard-shortcuts/). Those that are
not working,as far as I can see, are:

- Alt-Left (Go back) and Alt-Right (Go forward)
- Ctrl-Shift-Down (Mute) and Ctrl-Shift-Up (Max volume)

Same result both for laptop keyboard (Dell Precision 3551) and for attached
keyboard (Logitech MK710)

I don't have trouble with keyboard shortcuts in other applications.
Alt-Left works fine in Chrome and Firefox, for instance.

After last update 1:1.1.67.586.gbb5ef64e on Linux Mint 20.2 Cinnamon Ctrl+Up, Ctrl+Down (volume) and Ctrl+Left, Ctrl+Right (prev/next song) shortcuts doesn't work for me anymore. Other keyboard shortcuts work fine.
