My Question or Issue

After logging in to spotify desktop on my pc i keep getting the something went wrong, try reloading page pop-up. Ive tried a fresh clean reinstall deleting all files associated with spotify, i get the issue regardless of wether ive installed it through the MS store or from spotify.
the pop-up goes away in offline mode, but as its a fresh install i cant play music, the web player also doesnt work on this device regardless of web browser used.

spotify works just fine on my other devices below

We'd first recommend making sure there’s no VPN, proxy, firewall or network filter on your computer that might be blocking Spotify. 

If you’re on a work or school network, try a home network instead to see how it goes.
