My Question or Issue

Hello people on the internet,
after updating Spotify from the MS-Store every time I start Spotify an error keeps appearing "Something went wrong", even after "reloading the page" nothing happens. Please help me.

Hi @tymon_, thanks for writing!

 

My first suggestion is that you try disabling your VPN (if you have one) while starting Spotify. This has solved the issue for many users here. 

 

Also, resetting your Wi-Fi connection might help as well.

I tried but unfortunately your advide did not fix the problem :(.
But thank you anyways for your help.

Try the web version of the app. I always change the version of the app when a problem occurs. It maybe a bit hard to do everytime but it sometimes solves my problems.

I have tried on three different Browsers and the same error...

It might be a problem with your account, did you try an another account? If its solved then it might be a account problem if not it might be from your wi-fi or computer.
