Song available on mobile app but not desktop

There's an album I like that I can listen to all day on my phone, but if I switch the output to my (Windows 10) desktop Spotify tells me "This song is not available. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." I've tried clearing the cache and reinstalling Spotify, to no avail. What do?

Got the same issue, songs are available and synced to my phone, but they cannot be played on the desktop
