Song not playing the full length on desktop

My Question or Issue

A song says it is 3:53 long but when I try to play it it cuts off at 29 seconds and goes to the next song. The song cuts off in the middle of a line. It only happens with this song.

The song plays for the full length on my android tablet. I am playing it using the spotify web player
