My Question or Issue

Recently I tried to fix this problem from a lot of ways, but seems all can't work.

I've tried the delete block in hosts file, but in my hosts file didn't appear anything like what others got. I don't have any blocks related to spotify to delete.

I've tried the advance setting and disable hardware acceleration, but nothing works.

Other than using web spotify, I can't find away to use it when offline.

Please Help.

Hi @AUstz, Here's a potential solution I found from browsing through other threads that you could look at. Now this is a method that I've found has worked for a few users encountering a similar issue on the desktop app: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Desktop-Windows/Desktop-Playlists-empty-after-update/td-p/4679818 Hope this does the trick, A
