Songs Not Scorbbling to Last.fm

My Question or Issue

I'm having serious issues scrobbling my music to Last.fm recently. It isn't scrobbling all the music I play which is really frustrating. 

When I start listening on my laptop it scrobbles maybe one song and then stops. If I change to my mobile then it can scrobble one or two before stopping. Sometimes when I change devices it scrobbles some of the songs that were missing but not always.

It is really frustrating. Also when listening to music it doesn't always update on the Spotify Connect between the two devices but I am using the same network.

I don't know what on earth is going on to create all these issues.
