Songs adding them selfs to a certain playlist

My Question or Issue

So for the past 3-4 months music I listen to from anywhere on spotify keeps adding its self to my Twitch playlist. This didnt happen before January.  This is a playlist I made my self. And when I'm listening to it, any song i listen to is adding its self again. Like you know when you list music in a playlist by date added, I'll see a song I added a year ago at the top of the list because I just listened to it. IT DOES THIS ON ALL PLATFORMS.

This playlist back in december was only 200-250 songs. Now its at 822. The playlist says Twitch by Troy. So I know its not a spotify list.  This doesnt happen to any new playlists I have made.
