Songs don't sync

Hi,

After the last few PC updates the songs in my PC do not synchronize with the ones on my mobile phone anymore.

The following does not help:

• Restart the PC program
• Restart the PC
• Logout from Spotify

What helps:

• Uninstall and reinstall Spotify

The Phone is an iPhone 5s with IOS 10.0.1 and the PC runs Windows 7. It has always worked perfectly, but after the last updates I always have to reinstall Spotify to see my newly added songs from my phone. What could be the reason for this?
