Hi all,

 

The songs in my "Liked Songs" are displayed out of order or missing. When I click on a song to play, it plays the correct song, but when I look at the unshuffled queue, the next song does not always match which song I would expect to play. I just added a full album to my "Liked Songs" and when I click the first song, it starts halfway through the album, so I miss the songs, even though they show up as available in my playlist. Some songs that I liked are also missing from the playlist but when I listen to the album, it plays in the queue as expected. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community and apologies for the delayed reply. 

 

You can start off by performing a clean reinstall of the app with the steps here. This will make sure you have the latest version and that any outdated files are removed. Give your device a quick restart as well before you open the newly installed app.


Keep in mind that you'll need to re-download your offline music and podcasts afterwards.

 

It's also a good idea to check and make sure that both Shuffle and Enhance are disabled on your device before you play anything. 

In case you still experience the issue, we'd suggest that you try clearing your queue as this might be an caused by an item in the play queue. Here is more on how to do that.
