Songs won't show in "Songs"

When I click in "Songs" it doesnt show my songs, I have like 300+ songs.
Instead it shows
"Your favorite songs will appear here. Go to your Browse page to find amazing playlists for every mood and moment"

I already tried cleaning cache (with CCleaner) and uninstalling Spotify (Using IObit Uninstaller).

Artists, Browse, Radio, Recently Played, Local Files, etc. They are all okay.
