Hello, how do I change my log in from Facebook to email and password? Can’t seem to get rid of this spotiamb virus

If you made your Spotify account with Facebook, then you can't unlink Facebook from your Spotify account.

If you linked Facebook to your Spotify account later, it's possible to unlink it as well.
