Spotify App not working properly on my gaming laptop

Hi all,

I'm having an issue with the Spotify app on my gaming laptop [https://www.lenovo.com/ca/en/d/gaming-laptops/]. Every time I try to launch the app, it either crashes or fails to load any songs. I've tried reinstalling the app and updating my laptop's drivers, but the issue persists.

I'm running Windows 10 on my gaming laptop, and all my other apps are working fine. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions for a solution?

Hi @judywatson

Are you trying to use the x64 version from Spotify's website, or the UWP version from the Microsoft Store?
