Spotify Audio Stuttering -> Windows 10 app

The audio is stuttering in my Windows 10 Desktop app. I have tried reinstalling Spotify, restarting my computer, everything listed in the troubleshooting list. I am not having this issue with any other audio files or with Youtube, only Spotify. I have played around a little with some of the settings like Hardware Acceleration, too, but that doesn't seem to work. Any help is appreciated!

Just wanted to weigh in that I also sometimes have this issue... hasn't been frequent enough to REALLY bother me, but the issue is there nonetheless
