My Question or Issue

Spotify Can't Play This Right Now, If You Have The File On Your Computer You Can Import It
I have tried many things including reinstalling Spotify multiple times (clean reinstall), trying the windows 10 version of the spotify app, updating my computer to latest updates, and trying any fixes i can find on youtube. this issue has been happening for a few weeks already

note: i use avast as my anti virus, idk if it has any effect on this

To begin, we suggest clearing the Hosts file on your PC, here you can find the steps to do this. Also, please try accessing to the Web Player, do you get the same error? 

Lastly, it's worth connecting to a different Wifi/mobile network to check if the error keeps showing.
