Is there a way to change my Spotify Community avatar to an uploaded picture of my own and not one already provided?

Hey there, 

Of Course there is! In order to change it on the community, you just have to click on the gear icon which is under the menu button on the top right of this page, click avatars and from there you can change your community avatar!

I'm sorry, I should've been more specific on what I wanted. How do I change the avatar to a picture of mine? I don't like the provided avatars. I'd like it to be more personal I guess.

Hey @JoshuaBennett. the ability to change your avatar to your own image is only for those at a certain rank in the Rock Star Program. You can read about the program and how to join here.
