My Question or Issue

Browse - Concerts does not load, giving the "error requesting data" error, every time. I have tried fresh install and reboot. Is it just that my library is too big to draw data from?

Hey @Truewavesound, help's arrived.

Let's try a couple of things:

• A clean reinstall can freshen things up. This time, make sure you remove everything Spotify-related under the "/appdata/" folder before installing again.
• Make sure you don't have any ad-blockers installed.
• Make sure you're not using VPN.
• Restart your router.
• Try a different network.
