Spotify Desktop dosen't work

I cannot join Spotify Desktop.

When I enter Username / password and I click on LOG IN button, the screen become a little bit darker (it should be like this), but at the end Desktop application doesn't run.

I waited several minutes, but nothing change.

I tried to reset password and delete/install again application, but no way.

Can you help me? Did somebody of you already have such issue?

Hey @Simone81, welcome to the community!

Let's try reinstalling Spotify on your device to see if it helps. Also, do you have a different device you can try importing your local files to?
