Spotify Failed To Open Error (1304)

My Question or Issue

So basically when I try to open the spotify app I get that error. No idea how I got it or what's causing it. I'm willing to try anything. Thanks

thanks for posting !

Let's try a small trick together:

- Please open your "Command Propmt" using your Win search bar

- Type in : ipconfig / flushdns

This should help reseting your DNS and may do the trick.

I would imagine this to be as a possible solution, however I realized my issue was user account based since it worked on a different user on my pc. Accordingly I kept running the CCleaner registry cleaner till I got no errors / fixes and reinstalled spotify and it worked!
