Spotify Global Hotkeys not working for administrative privileges.

When I set any app to have administrative privileges the hotkeys wont work, I am unsure how to fix and would appreciate any help!

For instance: When I set spotify to have admin priviledges it makes global hotkeys not working like play, pause, next, previous, etc. 

However, when I click on any applications without said priviledges it works just fine.

For the app itself, the internet hotkeys (Crtl left and right to change songs.) work just fine however the global hotkeys still do not work sadly when in admin. Out of admin it works just fine.

I am running windows 10 pro, I have no other known instabilities, the app is fully updated, and I have full administrative rights. and all spotify files have full security permissions all but special permisions (To modify the OS but these are never allowed.)
