Spotify Not Streaming on Amazon Echo (2nd Genertation)

I've just bought an Amazon Echo (2nd Generation) and I cannot get it to steam music from my Premium Spotify Account - which I understand it should do.  I've searched online and on forums and the suggested fixes relate to the need to have the Device Location of the Echo aligned with my Amazon and Spotify account address details.

I've done this and the problem is still not resolved.  I'm living in Ireland.  Any suggestions on how to fix this problem would be much appreciated.
