 I have tried all methods from moving folders to Program files (x86) and other methods, all of them end up in force close. sometimes the application will run but force close when changing menus.

They aren't eating your money. Probably an issue with the version you have so I'd delete it and redownload. I'd also recommend checking your storage and memory on the computer. The normal memory or RAM may be close to full.
